Sunday became a sad day when the horrible news came across the internet. Tweetbomb was suspended from Twitter, for of all things, being "anti-social". In an immediate response, @Tweetban was created to try and rally the bomber's behind the cause and get Twitter to over-rule their decision. (If you don't know about Tweetbomb, you can read an article one its victims wrote here.)
We have survived 4 days since the suspension, and we are all doing OK, but the afternoons sure are not the same. Each hour of each day that goes by our hope diminishes, it doesn't look like its coming back. With that being said, I think that anyone who participated can agree it was fun while it lasted!
I guess there is no better time than now to fill everyone in on the REAL history of @Tweetbomb, who was behind it, and how it came to being.
Tweetbomb spoiler after the break.
